1996 Annual Update <br /> Sunnyside Mine Bulkheads <br /> Page 2 <br /> MLR APPROVAL COMMITI+MENT STATUS <br /> COMMITMENT #1 <br /> o On May 8, 1996, a voluntary Consent Decree and Order was <br /> entered by the Court that should fulfill this commitment. <br /> COMMITMENT #2 <br /> o This commitment was eliminated by agreement of all parties. <br /> COMMITMENT #3 <br /> o This commitment has not been fulfilled but with finalization <br /> of the Consent Decree and Order will be completed during 1996. <br /> COMMITMENT #4 <br /> o This commitment was fulfilled through a study that determined <br /> flow measurements at CC1 were representative of conjunctive <br /> flow. This conclusion has been accepted by DMG. <br /> STUDY UPDATE: <br /> o Attached in the Appendix is the data collected through <br /> March 1995 for the seep, spring and flowing adit inentory <br /> required by TR-14. <br /> o Additional sample points added during the 1995 field season <br /> are: <br /> - Midway A collapsed portal in Eureka Gulch thought <br /> to be connected to S - 20. <br /> o Deletion of sample sites: <br /> - Seep 16 could not be found during the 1995 field <br /> season and was not found in the 1994 field season. <br /> - Seep 11 was determined to be a stream above the <br /> study area. It was not monitored during the 1995 <br /> field season. <br />
