The proposed access road has not previously been addressed in an approved Reclamation Plan. <br />Please address all of the applicable requirements of Rule 6.4.5, as they pertain to the proposed <br />access road work plan. <br />Response: A Reclamation Plan specific to the New Access Road is attached. <br />2. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.6, please ensure that Figure C7.10 (dated April 4, 2012) is revised, as <br />necessary, in order to remain consistent with the reclamation proposed for the access road <br />when developing the above referenced Reclamation Plan <br />Response: Figure C7.10 has been revised to comply with the Reclamation Plan. The revised <br />Figure is attached. <br />3. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.12, please provide all of the information necessary for the Division to <br />calculate the costs of reclamation for the access road. <br />Response: An Opinion of Probable Reclamation Costs was prepared by CLC.
