May 7, 2012
Randy Oser. President
Wildcat Mining Corporation
1630 Ringling Blvd.
Sarasota, FL, 34236
RE: Fairview Land Corp.'s desires to retain the "New Access Road" at the May Day Idaho Mine
Complex after mining is completed
Dear Randy,
This letter is being provided to Wildcat Mining Corporation (WCM) to confirm Fairview Land
Corporation's (FLC) intentions regarding the "New Access Road" (road) as referenced and described in
Technical Revision 2 (TR2) of the May Day Idaho Mine Complex, Permit No. M -1981 -185. After the
road is constructed, as described in TR2, FLC desires to preserve the road as a permanent feature of
FLC's property. As legal owner of the lands on which the road will be constructed, FLC specifically
confirms its intention that the road not be concealed, rendered tin-useful, or otherwise destructed in the
process of complying with DRMS reclamation requirements once mining activities are completed under
Permit No. M- 1981 -185.
I have included with this letter, public notary bearing witness to my signature which serves as legal
acknowledgment of FLC's aforementioned intentions.
Sit - erely, r"
David Tippit, President
Fairview Land Corporation
P.O.
