In addition, Gold Hill Mineral, <br />Inc will complete site reclamation as committed to in the NOI submitted to the DRMS <br />for approval. A reclamation bond may only be released by the DRMS when an <br />applicant demonstrates to the DRMS it has met the terms and conditions of its approved <br />DRMS permit and the Mined Land Reclamation Board Rules and Regulations relating to <br />site reclamation. <br />➢ Potential contaminants of concern include acid - bearing minerals that <br />lower the pH of the streams, metals, sediments, nutrients, microbial pathogens, solvents, <br />leaching agents and other chemicals — As stated in Section 3.1.5(5) states, "All refuse <br />due to exploration drilling operations will be removed and disposed of in an approved <br />facility off -site.
