14. Proposed revised page 2.05 -25 states that As -Built certifications will be developed and provided <br />to the Division upon the completion of haul roads and access roads. No as -built certifications <br />have been provided to the Division and none were included in the TR4 submittal. Please <br />provide appropriate as -built certifications for all constructed haul roads and access roads <br />proposed. <br />a. Haul road have not yet been completed to their final specifications. As- builts for the haul <br />roads will provided as soon as construction is complete. <br />15. Proposed revised page 2.05 -27 discusses the proposed CDPS permit. Page 2.05 -27 states that <br />upon approval and receipt of the applied for CDPS permit, a copy will be inserted into the PAP in <br />Exhibit 2.05.3 -E3. The Division is aware of the approval of COG - 0048275. Please provide a <br />copy of the CDPS permit for inclusion to the permit and revise page 2.05 -27 to <br />acknowledge the approved permit. <br />a. A copy of the CDPS permit has been included in this response package and page 2.05 -27 <br />has been revised to include the permit. <br />16. The last paragraph on approved page 2.05 -86 identifies surface disturbance totals of 276 acres. <br />Please revise page 2.05 -86 to the proposed correct acreage amounts in the TR4 <br />application. <br />a. Page 2.05 -86 has been revised to include the correct acreage amounts <br />17. Approved page 2.05 -87 states that the lower sump has a capacity of 1.3 ac /ft above the principle <br />spillway. Based on the proposed Map 2.05.3 E2E submitted with the TR4 application, the lower <br />sump has a revised capacity above the principle spillway of 1.07 ac /ft. Please revise the text to <br />reflect the revised designs of the Lower Sump proposed in the TR4 application. <br />a. The text has been revised to show the capacity above the principle is 1.07 ac /ft. <br />18. The proposed revised page 2.05.3- E2.14, Table 2.05.3 -E2 -6 lists design criteria for Grassy Creek <br />Diversion and the new bone yard diversion. These two diversions are not identified on the <br />proposed revised Map 2.05.3 M4. Please revise the proposed Map 2.05.3 M4 to delineate all <br />diversion in which designs are required. <br />a. These diversions do not exist and are not planned. They have been removed from the <br />table. <br />19. The proposed revised page 2.05.3 -E2.15 states that a minimum of 0.03 feet of freeboard will be <br />utilized in the ditch designs. The correct amount that should be used is 0.3 feet of freeboard. <br />The SEDCAD demonstrations include the 0.3 feet of freeboard. Please revise the text from <br />0.03 to 0.3 feet of freeboard. <br />a. The text on page 2.05.3 - E2.15 has been revised to reflect the appropriate number of 0.3 <br />feet of freeboard. <br />20. Proposed revised Table 2.05.3 -E2 -11 on proposed page 2.05.3 -E2.23 lists Culvert 56A as an <br />operational culvert. This culvert was not identified on the revised Map 2.05.3 M4. Please <br />revise Map 2.05.3 M4 to include all culverts which a design is required. <br />a. This culvert does not exist and is not planned. It has been removed from the table. <br />
