The water <br /> pool pH, at the American Tunnel bulkhead, was 4 . 36 and the <br /> bulkhead pressure was 370 psi at month end - no change <br /> from the January pressure reading. <br /> Sunnyside will continue to monitor these parameters. <br /> "B List" Projects <br /> ♦ Columbus Mine Portals -Mine Waste Dumps <br /> ♦ London Mine Portals - Waste Dumps <br /> Work, permitting or arrangement for access is not planned <br /> until it becomes evident that the work plans for these <br /> projects require implementation. <br /> ♦ Mayflower Facility - Upland Hydrological Control <br /> ♦ Tailings Pond No. 4 surface Drainage Modification <br /> ♦ Tailings Pond No. 4 Upland Groundwater Diversion <br /> There was no activity on these projects during February, <br /> 1999 due to snow cover. It is planned to resume work on <br /> these projects in the spring of 1999 . <br /> Cement Creek Diversion and Water Treatment <br /> Cement Creek diversion and water treatment was active <br /> continuously throughout February, 1999. The flow of Cement <br /> Creek throughout February was below the treatment system's <br /> capacity and the entire flow was diverted for treatment. <br /> The flow diverted and treated ranged from 180 G.P.M. to 201 <br /> G.P.M. <br />
