This report covers the period from January 1, 1999 <br /> through March 31, 1999. <br /> Terry Tunnel Bulkhead <br /> The Terry Tunnel bulkhead was inaccessible during the 1" quarter and no <br /> inspections or sampling occurred. The mine pool elevation remained below <br /> 11,600'elevation based on pressure monitoring at the lower American <br /> Tunnel bulkhead. Therefore, the bulkhead pressure should be 8 psi. <br />
