The approximate acreage is approximately +/ -536 <br />acres (as per enclosed map) in which Holcim (US) Inc. has complied with all applicable portions <br />of the reclamation Plan requirements and is considering reclamation to be complete.. The <br />acreage consists of two parcels within the reclamation permit; one area of 80.40 acres, located in <br />the southern area of the property and the second larger area consisting of approximately 446.7 <br />acres located to the North.
