Mining and Safety approved your <br />request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility _ The <br />approximately 16 acres released at this time consists of the water surface of the Eiberger ski lake <br />and the adjacent gravel parking lot/boat ramp area. <br />The permit area was reduced to 193,60 acres, through the release of 16.00 acres in this permit <br />action.
