May 24, 2012 C- 1981 - 013 /Golden Eagle Mine JHB <br />is minimal. <br />A portion of the access road serves as access for oil and gas wells and support facilities. This road is gated off of <br />Las Animas County Road No. 233. No problems were identified with the reclaimed roadway. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The reclaimed area exhibits a good stand of grasses with infrequent shrub species, and a few pinyon pine <br />seedlings. The vegetation is actively growing, with good diversity of perennial grasses and perennial forbs. No <br />noxious weeds were observed. No problems were identified with the re- established vegetation. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The mine ID sign is posted at the gate to the west of Las Animas County Road No. 233. All required information <br />is contained on the sign.
