20 cannot be approved to allow the existing material to be left in place, GCC Energy
will move the coal mine waste within 45 days after being notified the Division's
decision.
October 1 thru October 15, 2012: If TR -20 determines that reworking the existing
material to some degree is the preferred solution, the approved TR -20 designs are
submitted to interested contractors for construction bids. Bids are reviewed by GCC
Energy, and construction contract awarded to successful bidder.
October 16 thru November 30, 2012: Construction activities required by TR -20 are
completed. The timing of this phase may depend, in part, on the results of the
geotechnical study and final scope of work determined by CDRMS approval. A final
construction and completion timeline will be included as a stipulation to TR -20.
