This well pump test occurred in November <br />2011. No discharge occurred this calendar quarter. <br />Four parameters on the DMRs do not match the sample types required in the permit. A <br />copy of the permit requirements was attached with the 4 quarter 2011 DMRs dated <br />January 19, 2012. Arsenic is supposed to be dissolved, not total recoverable.
