The proposed <br />mine is known as the Burton Pit, and is located in portions of T 40 N, R 6 E, in <br />the NE4 SW4 and SE4 NW4 of SECTION 19, 10th P.M., RIO GRANDE COUNTY, <br />STATE OF COLORADO. The proposed date of commencement is the first <br />quarter of 2012, and the proposed date of completion is late 2022. The <br />proposed future use of the land is Rangeland.
