application for a CONVERSION Application per Rule 1.11 with the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land
Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed
mine is known as the Burton Pit, and is located in portions of T 40 N, R 6 E, in
the NE4 SW4 and SE4 NW4 of SECTION 19, 10th PM., RIO GRANDE COUNTY,
STATE OF COLORADO. The proposed date of commencement is the first
quarter of 2012, and the proposed date of completion is late 2022. The
