COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Water Quality Control Division
Rationale - Page 4
Permit No. CO-0000396
DISCUSSION:
1. Inactivation of Outfall 007
As mentioned earlier, outfall 007 no longer discharges to state waters.
Thus, it cannot be considered an outfall. Outfall 007 has been deleted
from effluent limitations and monitoring requirements pages in the permit.
2. Permit Page Changes
The following pages have been amended as a result of this action: 2, 3,
4, 4a (recently deleted-aow added), 4b (a new page), 5, 5a, 5b and 19.
Some portions of some pages were changed only to provide better
continuity. Effluent limitations for outfalls other than #009 are
unchanged. Monitoring requirements for #002-005 and 019 are unchanged.
Monitoring requirements for outfalls 001, 006, 008, 010,_013-018, 020-025
conform with current storm runoff monitoring requirements.
Jon C. kubic
October 21, 1985
