4. Monitoring Requirements
(a) Frequency and Sample Type
In- order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or
non-compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part
1.A, the permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the
following required frequencies.
1) Outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005 and 019
