Brock Bowles -2- Ma 21,2012 <br />Cultural Resources <br />See Volume VI, items 16 & 17. <br />Access <br />Access to the gob vent holes and exploration hole SS -6 will be from the mine site, up <br />Stevens Draw and down the new Terror Creek access road to the Terror Creek Road. <br />Access to exploration holes SS -7 and 2012 -1 will be from Stevens Gulch Road. <br />Soils <br />No detailed soil survey will be performed in the areas to be disturbed for the light use <br />roads or drill pads. To the extent possible, depending on the slope of the ground <br />surface, topsoil will be salvaged. <br />Vegetation <br />The dominate vegetation type in the area to be disturbed is oak brush. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />A $177,285 reclamation estimate is enclosed. This amount needs to be reduced by the <br />amount to seal drill hole BRL1 -08 -03 that was not drilled. Gob vent hole GVB -B13E <br />occupies the drill site permitted for BRL1- 08 -03. Drill hole BRL1 -08 -03 was permitted <br />under the Bowie No. 1 Mine TR -49.
