Marshall, Environmental Protection S <br />RE: Exxon Mobil Corporation, Colony Shale Oil Project, Permit No. M -1980 -047 <br />Please be advised that on May 17, 2012, Exxon Mobil Corporation, whose address and telephone number are <br />16825 Norchase Drive, Suite 200 , Houston, TX 77060; (281) 654 -6246, submitted a request for partial <br />acreage release for the Colony Shale Oil Project, Permit No. M- 1980 -047. The hard rock/metal mining <br />operation is located at or near Section 6, Township 7S, Range 95W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Garfield <br />County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained <br />from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
