Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on May 2, 2012, Cotter Corporation, whose address and telephone number are <br />7800 E. Dorado Place, Suite 210, Englewood, CO 80111 -2332, (720) 554 -6200, filed an amendment <br />application to permit M -1977 -300 for the Schwartzwalder Mine. The mine is located at or near Section <br />25, Township 2S, Range 71 W, 6`h Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County. <br />Unless you receive a copy of the application on a CD, a copy of the application is available for review at <br />the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety Room 215, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, 1313 Sherman St., Denver, Colorado 80203. The <br />Division's decision deadline for the application is July 31, 2012. <br />In order to be considered in the application review process by the Division, comments or objections <br />regarding the application must be received by the Division within twenty (20) days of the date of <br />applicant's last newspaper public notice. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication <br />date.
