Based on the revised the proposed Addendum <br />2.05.3 -E2.A1 some of these parameters have been changed. Please revise the input <br />parameters to reflect the proposed revised parameters with the Pond 002 design. <br />23. Based on the revised proposed addendum 2.05.3 -E2.A1 for Pond 002, the Pecoco Pond <br />design parameters have been revised. Appendix 2.05.3 -E2.D describes the design <br />information for the Pecoco Pond. Please revise appendix 2.05.3 -E2.1) information to <br />properly reflect the changes in the network structure and contributing acres <br />associated with the proposed TR4 application. <br />24. Based on a letter from the CDPW received by the Division dated May 14, Please address <br />the following concerns: <br />• A recommendation that no surface occupancy with in 1 /4 mile from a Golden <br />Eagle nest, and no human encroachment or construction activity within 1 /2 <br />mile of a Golden Eagle nest from March 1, to May 31 <br />• A recommendation that PSCM monitor Golden Eagles following U.S. Fish <br />and Wildlife Service protocols. <br />• A CPW recommendation that no surface occupancy within 0.4 miles of a <br />Sharp - tailed Grouse lek, and minimized disturbance during the breeding <br />and summer habitat use period (March 15 to June 15) within 1.25 miles of a <br />lek. <br />• If disturbance is required within the 0.4 mile Sharp - tailed Grouse lek buffer <br />and during the period of March 15 to June 15, then adequate off site <br />mitigation is requested as determined by the cooperative wildlife mitigation <br />plan. <br />• Upon completion of mining activities all disturbed areas will be reclaimed to <br />benefit affected species per reclamation strategies outlined in PSCM wildlife <br />plan and PSCM approved permit. <br />The Division is currently in the process of an updated Reclamation Cost Estimate for activities <br />proposed in TR -4.
