All requests for <br />extension must be made in writing. An approval is contingent upon construction being in full compliance with the requirements of Colorado laws and regulations, and <br />the National Fire Protection Association, including NFPA 30 and NFPA 30A, and upon the installation being carried out in accordance with the approved plan of <br />installation. Tanks must be registered within 30 days of the date they are filled.
