A general outline for training is as follows: <br />• Overview of 40 CFR 112 as per this document <br />• Fuel and oil storage systems present <br />o Operation, maintenance and inspection of systems <br />• Spill prevention <br />• Procedures to prevent spills <br />• Potential Sources <br />• Impacts on navigable waters <br />• Spill control <br />• Secondary containment <br />• Pump shutoff switches <br />• Other <br />• Spill countermeasures <br />• Location and use of emergency contacts <br />• Locations and procedures for using spill kits <br />• Safely stopping the leak <br />Once training is complete, a record of the training and pertinent subjects covered will be <br />recorded in the attached form or similar and maintained as described in this plan. <br />SPCC <br />MR 115 Page 27 -40 Rev.
