Since these smaller <br />quantities of oil are subject to a quick turnover on site, they will be monitored often by staff, and <br />good housekeeping procedures will keep the likelihood of discharge remote. <br />4.4 Transfer Operations [40 CFR 112.8(d)] <br />Currently, there are no sections of above - ground piping. Should any above - ground piping be <br />installed, the procedures listed under Section 112.8(d) of the 40 CFR will be followed. <br />Since the NECC facility does not transfer oil over water from vessels, nor does it have a single <br />vessel with storage capacity greater than or equal to 42,000 gallons nor does it have a total <br />storage capacity that exceeds 1 million gallons, this facility is not required to have a Facility <br />Response Plan under 40 CFR 112.20. <br />SPCC Plan <br />MR 115 Page 27 -21 Rev.
