The objections <br />were received by facsimile on May 18, 2012, and are unsigned, although they indicate they <br />are from Art Hutto and Bode Porter. <br />Section 2.07.4(3)(a) states, "Any person which may be adversely affected by the proposed <br />decision may request a formal hearing before the Board on the proposed decision. Such <br />request must be made within 30 days of the first publication of the proposed decision of the <br />Division, be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and <br />the objections to the proposed decision." <br />The first publication of the notice was on Thursday May 10, 2012. Therefore, the public <br />comment period will be open through Monday, June 11, 2012. Any additional objection <br />letters will be transmitted to you as they arrive. In accordance with the Section quoted above, <br />please make a copy of the letter and this correction letter available at the Nucla Annex for <br />public review. <br />Sincerely, <br />Marcia L.
