Page 2 of 2 <br />The renewal application does not propose additional surface disturbance and would not <br />incorporate additional lands into the permit area or otherwise alter previously approved permit <br />conditions or mitigation measures. There is no active mining at the Munger Canyon Mine and it is <br />largely reclaimed. Likewise, there is no activity at the reclaimed Loma Loadout site. <br />A copy of the renewal application is also available for public inspection at the Mesa County Clerk <br />and Recorder, 200 S. Spruce Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501, and at the Division office, Room <br />215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. <br />If DOW has comments or concerns relating to the fish and wildlife plan or other aspects of the <br />mining and reclamation plan as it relates to fish and wildlife considerations, please let us know. In <br />order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted to the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety at the above address by July 16, 2012.
