George Patterson informed the Division that Energy Fuels
representative, Rich Munson, planned to meet with the landowner this week.. Energy Fuels will need to work
with the landowner regarding access to this area.
Linear features located South of Fremont County Road 15 and west of the power line were investigated. There
were two linear features running parallel to the county road from SW to NE. these features are mostly vegetated
and range from 8" deep to 4 feet deep. Parts of the furthest west feature had evidence of flow through the feature
and county road drainage is directed into this feature. Juniper trees growing in these features are approximately 20
feet tall. A third feature branches off the western feature for a stretch. All 3 features play out to the south of the
powerline and drain into a swale. These features appear to be old roads not identified on Southfield maps.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED None
OTHER (SPECIFY)
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3
Page 4 of 15
