Monitoring sites for surface water are: <br /> Station # 20. Coal Creek. <br /> Station # 5. Dutch Creek. <br /> Station # 3. Bear Creek. <br /> Station # 1. Disney Creek. <br /> Station # 3. Sutey Creek. <br /> Sutey Underdrain. <br /> NPDES #016. Adit/Rock Tunnel. <br /> Surface water monitoring sites, briefly described: <br /> Station #20. Coal Creek. Coal Creek is the main surface drainage of the <br /> mine property. <br /> Station #5. Dutch Creek. Dutch Creek is a tributary to Coal Creek. It runs <br /> through the mine property, adjacent to the adit/rock tunnel portal area. <br /> Station #3. Bear Creek. Bear Creek is undisturbed by runoff from the mining <br /> operations. <br /> Station #1. Disney Creek. Disney Creek runs parallel to the Sutey refuse <br /> disposal area, although it is not affected by drainage from the Sutey site. <br /> Sutey Underdrain. Beneath the active refuse disposal area. <br /> NPDES #016 Adit/Rock Tunnel. A sediment pond which receives surface <br /> water and also water which drains out from the mine through the tunnel. <br /> Ground water is monitored from ground water observation wells. <br /> The data has been collected since 1983. Ground Water is monitored for: <br /> Depth (ft) <br /> PH (su) <br /> TEMP(f) <br /> COND <br /> ALK <br /> BICR <br /> CALC <br /> IRON <br /> MAG N <br /> MANG <br /> MERC <br /> SOLIDS <br /> 2 <br />
