EXHIBIT S — Permanent Man -made Structures <br />a) Above ground power lines and poles along Homestead Road, along the east <br />side of the property and going to the Carver residence near the northeast corner of <br />the property owned by Delta - Montrose Electric Association. Waiver to follow. <br />b) Waterline along Homestead Road owned by Tri- County Water Conservancy <br />District. Waiver to follow. <br />c) Phone line along Homestead Road, along the east side of the property and <br />going to the Carver residence near the northeast corner of the property owned by <br />Century Link Communications. Waiver to follow. <br />d) Homestead Road near the southeast corner of the property owned by Delta <br />County.
