Colowyo Coal Company <br />Annual Report- Neilson Pit <br />Permit No. M- 2007 -026 <br />For the Neilson Pit which is located approximately 28 miles southwest of Craig, Colorado <br />in Moffat County on Colowyo Coal Company L.P. property, updates and revisions are as <br />follows: <br />There have been no new disturbances within the permitted area. A new Map 1 has been <br />submitted within this annual report as required.
