RE: Sedimentation Ponds - Sutey Property
Dear Mr. Johansen:
The purpose of this letter is to certify that the above referenced
sedimentation ponds have been constructed in accordance with good
engineering practice and the Geo-Hydro design specifications.
We are enclosing an as-built topographic map which verifies that the
minimum size rquirements specified have been met, i.e. :
Upper Pond: Width = 100'
Length = 160'
Side Slopes = 2:1
Depth @ Principal Spillway = 9.3'
Lower Pond: Width = 80'
Length = 175'
Side Slopes: = 2:1
Depth @ Principal Spillway = 9.6'
Also enclosed are copies of the compaction test results from Chen &
Associates which show that the requirement of 95% of Standard Proctor
density has been net.
