PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION FOR A TECHNICAL REVISION TO THE REGULAR MINING AND RECLAMATION PERMIT Public notice is hereby given that an application for a technical revision to the regular mining and reclamation permit has been filed with the State Mined Land Reclamation Board pursuant to CRS 34-33-101 et seq. and pursuant to regulations promulgated. The technical revision was submitted by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , 201 Centennial St. , Suite 406, Glenwood Springs , Colorado 81601 for their mine facilities located in Pitkin and Gunnison Counties approximately 5 miles west of Redstone , Colorado. The revision is for approval to expand the size of the coal refuse pile by approximately 5 . 3 acres and to extend the existing refuse conveyor 1 , 150 feet .
