During the adequacy review phase of this permit application
processing , 1981-1983 , numerous visits to Mined Land Reclamation
Division were made to work out mutual agreements concerning some
thirty-four stipulations that were intially proposed as conditions
of approval . MLRD personnel with whom Mid-Continent conducted
business during this period were Jim Herron, Jim Pendelton, Fred
Banta , Brian Munson and David Shelton.
During the mid-term review of the permit application MLRD
personnel involved were Candace Thompson, Mike Long and Jeff
Deckler .
