The site was dry; all snow has melted off. There were no signs of <br /> activity observed. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING Rule 4.14 1111 Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour <br /> 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)69; Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27;Handling ofAcid and Toxic Materials <br /> 4.14.3;Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Regraded slopes and drainages all appeared to be stable. There were no signs of any new cracks or slumps <br /> in the backfilled and regraded areas. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.0511[]Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Drainage Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds 010,011A, 012, 012A, 013 and 014 held water. The new surge ponds in the north pit area above <br /> Pond 011A were all dry; stock tank T1 held water. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE-Rule 4.12: <br /> The neck pit slide area did not appear to have moved over the winter, and there did not appear to be water <br /> seeping through the portion of the slide through Haul Road A. The slide area adjacent to Pond 012 appeared to be <br /> stable.
