May 9, 2012 C- 1981 - 033 /13ear Mine <br />CIVIC <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />The slide area appeared to be stable and did not move or shift since the last inspection. No smoke was <br />seen coming out of the scarp during this inspection. A M40 Multi Gas Monitor was used to detect the presence of <br />mine gasses in the slide area. Cracks in the ground, rodent holes and voids around rocks were checked and no <br />mine gasses were detected.
