These reports will become a part of Snowcap's <br />2011 Annual Reclamation Report, which was submitted on February 10, 2012. <br />The field work for these reports was performed on June 6 th — 9th, 2011 and <br />August 5 2011. Sampling for the "2011 Phase III Bond Release Evaluation - <br />Year 1" report was conducted as follows: All revegetated areas evaluated for this <br />report were separated into two primary sampling units based on the two <br />reference areas used for comparison, as per TR -60. All areas to be compared to <br />the Greasewood Reference Area (6 units) were treated as a single combined unit <br />and systematically sampled. The same procedure was utilized for all areas to be <br />compared with the Shadscale Reference Area (33 units). At the time of <br />sampling, revegetation within evaluated units had experienced at least nine <br />growing seasons since the completion of seeding or reseeding. The summary <br />results of this report are presented on page 14. <br />Sampling for the "2011 Revegetation Monitoring Evaluation" report was <br />conducted as follows: Monitoring was performed on four revegetated units <br />ranging in size from 0.2 to 1.6 acres reference in the report as Conveyor <br />Crossing, Roadside SP Light Use Road #1 (North), Roadside SP Light Use Road <br />#1 (South) and Substation A. In addition, the Greasewood and Shadscale <br />Reference Areas were evaluated to provide comparison values. At the time of <br />sampling, revegetation within evaluated units had experience at least four <br />
