Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />On April 25, 2012, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received Notice of Intent <br />(NOI) to Conduct Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock /Metal Mines modification applications from <br />Climax Molybdenum, File No. P- 2011 -014. The Division posted the non - confidential (Form 2) <br />application on the Office website on April 25, 2012. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.1.3, any public comment or requested for disclosure of information <br />designated as confidential regarding the NOI must be received by the Office no later than ten (10) <br />working days after the notice was posted on the Office website (May 9, 2012). <br />Per Rule 5.1.3(a), the Division has twenty (20) working days to determine if any deficiencies exist <br />within the application. A financial warranty was not submitted with the NOI.
