bate 05/05/12 <br />Respectfully <br />KRAUTHCO INC. <br />1068 Red Canyon Road <br />Canon City, CO 81212 <br />719 - 275 - 5727/719- 371 -1678 <br />J &J Stone Pit #1, PermitM - 2011 -004 <br />Annual Report <br />Current Disturbances to Affected Land- as noted on the attached map, <br />the "phase one" bonding area remains the affected area, with bench mining <br />Occurring on the lower pit, or area of previous disturbance. The current <br />disturbances do not exceed 2 acres. <br />Required monitoring information- all items within compliance, and or <br />exemption status remains in effect. <br />Fremont County Weed Management Identified a Tamarsk species for <br />eradication, (one plant). As per instruction, we have removed the item and <br />are monitoring for any further. Also identified a type of thistle that will <br />require spraying, this summer. 2 -3 plants. <br />Reclamation accomplished to date and during the previous year.- during <br />the previous year, several pallets, piles of discarded stone, and dead trees <br />were removed and cleaned up, particularly, in the view -shed of the Waters' <br />property. <br />Anticipated disturbances for the upcoming year- we will likely move to the <br />North/ North -West and continue in the lower pit area ". <br />No reclamation activities are anticipated for the upcoming year. <br />Start up and shut -down dates- N/A <br />Mike Krauth Jr. / President - KrauthCo Inc. <br />
