All numeric permit
conditions were met within those samples during the quarter.
The ESPMW sample collected 23 January 2012 was analyzed by Energy Laboratories ( "EL "),
Billings, MT. Total cyanide was analyzed, resulting in less than the reporting limit for Weak
Acid Dissociable (WAD) cyanide and Free Cyanide. Subsequently, EL concluded that the
analysis of WAD and Free Cyanide was not necessary.
This report also includes sample results from the first water quality sample collected from the
new CRMW 3C well.
