Pineda <br />Director <br />In order to keep the Division's internal processes consistent across the various coal permits it <br />administers, we request that, from this point forward, all documents be submitted in paper copy <br />form. In addition to revision applications, pages and maps, this request also pertains to annual, <br />quarterly and monthly reports. <br />Electronic copies may be submitted in addition to the hard copy, if you desire, but the official <br />receipt will be determined by the date the hard copy arrives in the Division's Denver office. <br />The Division's monthly inspection reports will continue to be distributed electronically. <br />Please contact me with any questions you may have regarding this issue.
