RECLAMATION PERMIT
L.G. Everist, Incorporated has filed
an application amendment to their
Reclamation Permit with the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board under the provisions of the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Act for the extraction of construction
materials. The mine is known as
the Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel
Mine (permit # M- 1999 -120) and is
located in parts of Sections 19, 30 &
31, T-2-NJ, R -66 -W and parts of
Sections 25 & 36, T -2 -N, R -67 -W,
6th Principal Meridian, Weld County,
Colorado.
The date of commencement for this
mine was 1999 and the proposed
date of completion December 2050.
The proposed future use of the land
is as developed water storage.
