2. Reclamation Timetable
The overall project timetable, including mining and reclamation is shown below. This table is based on
forecasted production rates (300,000 tons per year) and may change due to market conditions. Exhibit
L: Reclamation Costs describes the worst case bond scenario.

Reclamation will occur concurrently with each phase, such that no more than 10 acres of unreclaimed
area will be active at any one time, in addition to the 14.50 acres of processing area.
