Hall, P.E. <br />Assistant Division Engineer <br />RECEIVED JUL 2 3 1995 <br />I am writing this letter in response to your July 2, 1996 letter requesting final approval of Western <br />Mobile's Rock'N WP Lake 4 as a sealed reservoir. Along with your letter, you have provided a copy of <br />the stage storage capacity curve for the reservoir as we requested. Based upon Bill Gambrell and my field <br />inspections of the reservoir on March 13, 1996 and July 3, 1996 and upon the information provided in <br />your February 26, 1996 and July 2, 1996 letter concerning the lining of the reservoir, I can confirm that <br />the reservoir has been constructed in a manner such that it can presently store water in accordance with <br />Case No. 88CW074. Further, we are aware of and have no objection to the storing of water which <br />occuncd this spring.
