INTERROGATORY NO. 4: Identify all documents concerning the 1991 AML Mine <br /> No. 5 reclamation project in which trees were planted in V-shaped retaining structures, along with <br /> willow cuttings at the bottom of the slope. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 5: Identify all documents concerning north slope revegetation <br /> efforts below the strip pit, including but not limited to, all specifications, bid documents, <br /> OSM/AML correspondence and communications relating to the project, close-out report and <br /> subsequent evaluations. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 6: Itemize by amount and date all DMG and/or AML <br /> expenditures for revegetation of the north facing slope below the strip pit above Mine No. 5 <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 7: Identify all documents concerning the revegetation on the <br /> south facing slope -below the Mine No. 5 fan pad, including but not limited to, documents <br /> indicating the work performed, test results and evaluations of the project. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 8: Identify all documents concerning reclamation of the Mine <br /> No. 5 fan road, including but not limited to, all documents relating to bid specifications, bids <br /> received, award documents, change orders, reports regarding completion or evaluation of the <br /> project, closeout or final reports, any other reports regarding that project, and any documents <br /> concerning consideration or rationale to not attempt to seed the outslopes at the time of or before <br /> the Mine No 5 fan road reclamation. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 9: Identify all documents concerning reclamation; including <br /> revegetation of the roads within Coal Basin, including but not limited to, bid specifications, <br /> change orders and internal memoranda regarding justification for such reclamation. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 10: Identify all documents concerning revegetation of the <br /> outslopes of Mine No. .4, including any documents reflecting costs, methods, seed mixes, areas <br /> seeded, change orders, analysis of success or failure of revegetation attempts and any other <br /> documents. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 11: Identify all hydrologic control plans for reclamation for <br /> Mines 1, 2, 3 and 4. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 12: Describe all measures that have been or are planned to be <br /> taken by DMG to provide sediment control for the area west of the Dutch Creek diversion which <br /> has cut-off the ditch previously carrying flows from that area to the 001 ponds. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 13: Identify all documents concerning the Huntsman project <br /> and Dutch Creek stream channel diversion, including all grant proposals or requests, bid requests, <br /> bids, awards, and other documents. <br /> LTTERROGATORY NO. 14: Itemize by amount and date all sums of money received <br /> by DMG from MCR's Liquidation Plan for Coal Basin reclamation since January 22, 1998. <br /> 4 <br />
