To: jbm@imp
From: RennerS@COAL@DNRML
Cc.
Subject:
Attachment:
Date: 02/16/1999 10:40 AM
jim -
here is what i think you and or paul need to do to answer interrogatories 4,
5, and 6
first, i assume that there was only one aml project which was conducted on
the north facing slope above mine 5 (below the pre-law strip pit) . If this
is true, than i think all three of these questions pertain to the same
project.
However, it is possible that question number 5 pertains to the work paul did
on the coal spoil material east of mine 5, and immediately above coal creek.
i have a call in to paul regarding this. i will let you know what he says.
if, in fact, these questions pertain to two different projects, the
instructions below will pertain to each project.
#4, #5 need to identify pertinent documents in the file(s) . see item 3 of
the instructions for the definition of document, and item 7 of the
instrucitons for the definition of identify, and how to do so (what info you
need to provide) .
to make things simpler for us later on, it would be best to pull out the
information you identify when answering above questions, and put that stuff
in a file, which you can then put aside. when the time comes for mcr lawyers
to look it over, you can simply give them the file, instead of having to go
through the identification process again.
#6 Cheryl has said that you need to provide the final cost (amount paid) and
the date of final payment. She says that this will adequately answer the
question. at this time, we do not need to provide a summary of each invoice.
Could you (or whoever answers these questions) please put the answers on the
m:\drive at m:\imp\sgr\-----, and let me know the file name. i will
complile the answers and forward to cheryl. If you can do this this week, or
early next (by 2-24) , that would be helpful.
call cheryl if you have questions about answering these.
steve
