I think that Cheryl has
sent a copy over to the Denver office.
After looking over the interrogatories, it looks like Paul Krabacher, Jim McArdle and Dave will need
to respond to interrogatories 4, 5, 6 and the portion of the Request For Production Of Documents No.
1 that pertains to the interrogatories answered.
Debbie Mulloy will probably need to respond to interrogatories 14, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20. I can assist
Debbie on the responses to numbers 19 and 20.
Cheryl will need to handle coordination and collation of the responses, and interrogatories 1, 23, 24,
25, 26, 27, 28 and Request For Production Of Documents request 3, and portions of requests 1 and 4.
Mike needs to determine how to respond to Request For Production Of Documents request 7.
I will respond to the remaining interrogatories and Request For Production Of Documents.
As I understand, a response is due to the Mid-Continent attorney by March 5, 1999. I plan on having
my responses to Cheryl by February 26, 1999.
cc: Cheryl Linden
