Identify all corporate minutes, internal memoranda, letters, correspondence, and other documents, and all non-written communications with the USFS and/or DMG since the summer of 1994 to the present: (a) relating to efforts by the USFS (or United States of America) to acquire the real property which you transferred to MidCon Realty, LLC; (b) relating to reclamation of roads and improvements of any of the Coal Basin property; (c) relating to post-mining uses of any of the Coal Basin property; and (d) relating to any other offers by any persons to purchase any portion of the real property transferred to MidCon Realty, LLC.
