Identify all corporate minutes, internal memoranda, letters, correspondence, and <br /> other documents, and all non-written communications with the USFS and/or DMG since the <br /> summer of 1994 to the present: <br /> (a) relating to efforts by the USFS (or United States of America) to acquire the <br /> real property which you transferred to MidCon Realty, LLC; <br /> (b) relating to reclamation of roads and improvements of any of the Coal Basin <br /> property; <br /> (c) relating to post-mining uses of any of the Coal Basin property; and <br /> (d) relating to any other offers by any persons to purchase any portion of the real <br /> property transferred to MidCon Realty, LLC. <br />
