The word "USFS" means the United States Forest Service, its present and former <br /> agents and employees and all other persons acting, or purporting to act, on its behalf or on behalf of <br /> its predecessors. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS <br /> The following instructions are applicable: <br /> 1. These Interrogatories are to be answered under oath and in writing and Third-Party <br /> Plaintiffs' responses are to be delivered to undersigned counsel's offices within the time provided by <br /> Rule 33, C.R.Civ.P. <br /> 2. The documents whose production is requested should be delivered for inspection <br /> and copying to the offices of the undersigned counsel within the time provided by Rule 34, <br /> C.R.Civ.P. <br />
