The Project was completed on September 16, 1991. The documents in this <br /> file are voluminous and are kept in the regular course of the Division's business. The <br /> documents will be made available for inspection upon reasonable advance notice at a time and <br /> date mutually convenient for the parties at the Division's Denver office. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 7: Identify all documents concerning the revegetation on <br /> the south facing slope below the Mine No. 5 fan pad, including but not limited to, documents <br /> indicating the work performed, test results and evaluations of the project. <br /> Response: The Division has made no attempt to revegetate the slope below the <br /> Mine No. 5 fan pad. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 8: Identify all documents concerning reclamation of the <br /> Mine No. 5 fan road, including but not limited to, all documents relating to bid specifications, <br /> bids received, award documents, change orders, reports regarding completion or evaluation of <br /> the project, close-out or final reports, any other reports regarding that project, and any <br /> documents concerning consideration or rationale to not attempt to seed the outslopes at the <br /> time of or before the Mine No. 5 fan road reclamation. <br /> Response: The documents concerning reclamation of Mine No. 5 fan road are <br /> contained in the file for the Coal Basin/Road Reclamation Project(PKA-6-376), in the Coal <br /> Basin Mine Permit application, in the Coal Basin Mine Permit Renewal Application, and in <br /> the Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance. The identified files are voluminous and <br /> are kept in the regular course of the Division's business in the Division's office in Grand <br /> Junction.
