Geoffrey Anderson <br /> and Deborah Quinn are the attorneys for Mid-Continent and for Pitkin County, respectively. Also <br /> involved are Robert Delaney, Diane Delaney, Louis LaGiglia, Greg Lewicki, and Mike Savage. <br /> Due to the pendency of the litigation, Staff must not provide information or opinions regarding <br /> any aspect of the Coal Basin Mine without the prior approval of the Director or Cheryl Linden of <br /> the Attorney general's Office. This includes information or opinions requested by the above- <br /> named individuals, or other attorneys, consultants, governmental agencies, or the general public <br /> about the site, including reclamation practices, permit requirements or cost estimates regarding <br /> the Coal Basin Mine. It also includes requests to review documents concerning this mine site.
