There is no storage of oil, <br /> gas or other substances by Mid-Continent at the site. <br /> The DMG's contractors use various petroleum products in connection with reclamation <br /> work. They are under control of the DMG. Mid-Continent has no knowledge as to <br /> whether DMG has implemented any materials containment plan. <br /> The raw coal storage areas have been graded, topsoiled and seeded; the Sutey refuse <br /> pile has been topsoiled and seeded, with vegetation well established; the tunnel fill <br /> area and trash pile have been regraded, topsoiled and seeded. <br /> The refuse area regraded in connection with the Huntsman Project carried out by DMG <br /> in 1998 is being topsoiled and vegetated. <br />
